Lake Chickamauga was ranked the #2 Bass lake in the United States. That’s what drove me to move from Auburn, Alabama to Tennessee to explore this beautiful bass fishing lake. Follow along my journey as I attempt to catch trophy bass, hone my craft, entertain, and share my learning experiences.

My favorite baits right now are Chatterbait, Alabama rig (A-Rig), Crankbait, Jerkbait, Shaky Head, Frogs. These will probably change as we start to approach Prespawn and Spawn.

Favorite Equipment: Shimano Curado, Duckett rods, Nitro Boats, Mercury Motors, Toyota Trucks, Go pro.

Oh just wait…..They will eat that jig all summer long! Problem is they will be 25 inches and only 7-9lbs! Tough problem to have! haha

  8. Went Sunday to grasshopper. Was gonna try to fish the channel but the wind was just to crazy for my little boat. We fished up in the grasshopper and got a couple bites but didn't land one fish. Lol we gave it a heck of a shot.

  9. Natural progression that the jig bites diminish as fish transition in feeding habits from bottom forage crawfish and dying baitfish to their summer staple, shad. Great vids, brother!
